The Business Value of Computers by Paul A. Strassmann, first edition (1990), second printing. Hardcover (missing dust jacket), 542 pages, illustrated. The overall condition of this copy is good. It is like brand new on the inside, and binding is very strong. The issues are with the cover. Significant scuffing at the bottom of the spine (Photo #2), some scuffing at the bottom edge of the back cover (Photo #3), and a faint stain on the front cover (Photo #4, look at the middle of it). The Table of Contents is shown in photos ##7 through 11; the List of Figures and Tables in photos ##12 through 16; the Introduction in photos ##17, 18 and 19.
