Book is damage It seems that it has water mark on the right bottom corner This mages most of pages together so you need to take your time to separate them carefully ( just want to clarify that they are not glued together) so it is not impossible to separate them I tried 4 pages and I did not let any mark Also pages has dents as you can see I did not see any pen marks No cd included Or other material Feel free to ask any question -storage F
