It is like brand new on the inside, and binding is very strong. The issues are with the cover. Significant scuffing at the bottom of the spine (Photo #2), some scuffing at the bottom edge of the back cover (Photo #3), and a faint stain on the front cover (Photo #4, look at the middle of it). The Table of Contents is shown in photos ##7 through 11; the List of Figures and Tables in photos ##12 through 16; the Introduction in photos ##17, 18 and 19.
